Cider making for the Small Farm and Orchard

During this one day workshop, participants will be guided through the process of making hard cider using traditional equipment and methods.
Instructors: Paul Spaulding and Brian Gorman
A number of heirloom apples will be tasted as well as cider made from them. Students will learn about the history of cider making in the region as well as country.
Class size: minimum of 5 and maximum of 12 (must be 21 years old or older) Cost per student: $50 ($40 for Kilts Farm Members) Snacks and lunch will be provided by Kilts Farm.
