Details: Join instructor Ethan Choiniere on a guided tour of OSV’s country lanes and hillsides in search of New England’s wild edibles plants. Learn basic identification and preparations. This class takes place over the course of three evenings. Class is held outdoors, so be sure to dress appropriately for the weather. Also, come prepared for a substantial amount of walking over a variety of different terrain.
