HEARTH COOKING WORKSHOP

This workshop is a totally hands-on, learn by doing class.taught by Susan McLellan Plaisted, Proprietress, Heart to Hearth Cookery.  We start at 10 am with reviewing the syllabus of 18th century receipts (recipes) which is tailored to the participants needs and skill level.  This class is for the beginning hearth cook and for the more advanced who would like to learn new techniques.  If sufficient registration, we also use the bake oven.  At the end of our day, we dine in the 19th century parlor of the mansion.  Snacks are included in the registration.
