ALHFAM is committed to fostering an inclusive culture that reflects the diversity of the museums, historic sites, and communities that make up our membership. We are dedicated to advancing inclusivity, diversity, equity, and accessibility in all aspects of our work.

Through open dialogue and a commitment to sharing practical knowledge and skills, we will foster an environment where everyone feels welcomed and has equitable access to our programs and resources. We will offer opportunities for our members to collaborate on training and program development for audiences of all abilities and backgrounds.
