A Note About ALHFAM Member Rates
To receive the ALHFAM member rate, your (or your organization's) membership must be current with ALHFAM, and you need to be LOGGED ON to the website. Staff and volunteers of ALHFAM member organizations are entitled to member registration rates; however, you need to be affiliated with your organization in our database to log on and receive this pricing. Please check with your organization's administrator if you aren't sure whether you are in our database. If you don't know who your administrator is, email the webmaster.
Guest Registrations
You will be able to register any guests you wish to bring and pay for their attendance as you register.
Payment
After you complete the registration form, you will have the option of paying online via Paypal, or printing an invoice that you can submit to your organization for payment. We recommend you print a copy of your invoice (which will also be available to you if you pay online) so you have a record of what you registered for.
Refund Policy
Refunds must be submitted in writing to Melanie Diaz directly at GCV&M and cannot be accepted after April 30. An administration fee of $50 will be charged for refunds up until April 30. After that date the entire registration fee paid is forfeit.
