(1) Individual - $40.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments All members receive quarterly issues of the ALHFAM Bulletin, reduced registration fee for the Annual Conference, and reduced prices on other publications. Members may join the online discussion list and have access to the member's-only content of the website. Members also receive regional newsletters and meeting notices. Membership is for one year from month of receipt

(2) Student/Retired/Unemployed Professional - $25.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Same benefits as a Basic membership.

(3) Joint - $65.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 2 members) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Two members will have the same benefits as a Basic membership, with one copy of the Bulletin and the addition of a copy of the Proceedings.

(4) Supporting - $75.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments The same benefits as a Basic membership, with the addition of a copy of the Proceedings.

(5) Patron - $150.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 3 members) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Up to three members with the same benefits as a Basic membership, with the addition of a copy of the Proceedings.
