As the payment system associated with ALHFAM’s website is based in the United States, registration fees are payable in U.S. dollars only. The published fees have been set to reflect this adjustment, however payment will be subject to the actual conversion rates incurred at the time of the transaction and will be the responsibility of the registrant.

If you need financial help to attend the conference consider applying for a fellowship. The Fellowship application is now available. The application deadline has been extended to April 5, 2019. Winners will be notified by April 19, 2019.

Air Travel
For conference attendees arriving at Pearson International Airport, transportation to Midland is available via the Simcoe County Airport Service. The basic cost for one person is $117 CDN, but sharing the shuttle with other passengers will reduce the cost. The price for 3 persons one way is $65 CDN each; the price for 5 persons one way is $53.20 CDN each. This special evening has reached its capacity for ALHFAM conference attendees.
